Weija MP advises students to shun violence in the wake of elections

The MP for the Weija constituency, Shirley Ayorkor-Botchway has advised students of the Pentecost University College in Accra not to allow themselves to be manipulated by politicians to incite violence.

The NPP MP who will be contesting the Anyaa-Sowutuom constituency seat in the December 7 general elections said politics was about ideas, and though politicians may have different ideas as to how to manage the affairs of the country, it was no excuse for violence.

Ms. Ayorkor – Botchway urged the students to vote Nana Akuffo-Addo into office.

The Pentecost University College is in the Anyaa-Sowutuom constituency.

Meanwhile, the MP has donated two desktop computers to the college.

The registrar, Gibson Annor-Antwi received the donation on behalf of the college.
