The Women of Substance of the only all-female hall of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi are gearing up for their maiden Domites’ Pearl 2014, an intellectual beauty pageant that replaces their annual “Miss KNUST“.
The main aim of this pageant is to discover a beauty with unique intelligence as well as to educate and entertain.
What is new about this pageantry?
“Next year’s beauty pageant is going to be one of a kind”, according to Glorya Owusu-Ansah, Africa Hall Entertainment Chairperson in a chat with myJCR KNUST. “The contestants will all be affiliates of Africa Hall and this time around, we are going to do so many things that will attract people to watch and vote for their favourite contestant”, she continued.
The Audition for the maiden edition will be held at the Africa Hall SCR, on Saturday, November 16, 2013 at 10am.
