KNUST Economic Students honour founder of King Jesus Orphanage

Students of the Economic Students Association (ESA) of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) presented a citation to honour the founder of the King Jesus Orphanage in Kumasi, Rev. Kofi Owusu Afriyie Wilberforce last Saturday.

In addition, the students spent time with the kids and also donated various items and cash to the orphanage.

The King Jesus Orphanage, which was founded in 1995, currently takes care of 178 children. The orphanage is located at Boadi, a town close to the university.
