The Director
Electricity Company of Ghana
Dear Sir,
LETTER OF APPEAL
I write on behalf of the students of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology to petition your high office to provide uninterrupted power supply to the institution during the examination period (1st December, 2014 – 20th December, 2014).
This has been quite rampant unlike in previous years and has affected the general output of the institution.
In view of this, I humbly request that your office accepts our plea.
We hope our letter is given the needed consideration.
Thank you.
Yours faithfully,
Boakye Ferdinand Boateng
Campus MP
