The Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology announces for the information of 2013 Graduands and the General Public that KNUST would hold its 47th Congregation at the Great Hall/Colleges of the University from THURSDAY, 27th JUNE, to SATURDAY 29th JUNE, 2013.
GRADUANDS who completed their Programmes of Study in May 2013 would be presented at the Ceremony. Accordingly, those who wish to be presented are requested to register and pay GH¢150.00 in CASH at any ECOBANK BRANCH on or before FRIDAY, JUNE 21, 2013, and present the Payment Slip at the GREAT HALL FOYER to collect their Academic Robes and other Graduation items. This amount covers Congregation Publications, Hiring of Academic Gowns, Official Photographs, Certificate Folders, University Souvenirs and Administrative Costs. No registration would be accepted after the deadline. Graduands are required to provide the following at the Bank:
• Name of Graduand
• Programme of Study
• Examination Index Number
• Student ID Number
• Graduands Contact Address
• Telephone / Cell phone Number
• Email Address
Those to be presented would be expected to be seated THIRTY (30) MINUTES before the commencement of each Programme in the Academic Dress appropriate to their Programme of Study or College and worn preferably over a suit/jacket with a University Tie/Scarf or other suitable but decent dress.
PHOTOGRAPHS
A Professional Photographic Company has been assigned to take photographs of every Graduand to be presented at the Congregation. No Photographers would be allowed inside the Great Hall.
CONGREGATION THANKSGIVING SERVICE
A Congregation Thanksgiving Service would be held at the Great Hall on Sunday, June 30, 2013, from 0900 – 1000 Hours.

NOTE: Rehearsals will be at the various venues for the main programme respectively.
Graduands who fail to attend Rehearsals shall not be presented at the Congregation.
Graduands who do not attend the Congregation shall be required to pay the FULL Congregation Fees before receiving their Certificates and other Congregation Materials.
