Authorities of the University of Ghana (Legon) on Saturday (February 1, 2014) started road toll collection at various locations of the Legon campus. The rate is as follows:
Private cars – GH¢1
Commercial cars – GH¢2
Large/Big vehicles – GH¢3
Students – GH¢100 (per semester)
Lecturers – Sticker for 1 car
Senior Lecturers – Stickers for 2 cars.
myJCR Legon team visited the various toll booths to witness the start of the process. Toll booths are located at the “Okponglo” entrance, GIMPA entrance, Bani Hall entrance, and JTN Yankah Hall.
