myJCR.com is pleased to introduce to you, the Altar of Praise Ministries (APM), a Christian audio-visual band with the sole aim of demonstrating the presence of God to our generation in Ghana and beyond.
APM is made up of a winning team of 13 anointed young people, students of University of Education, who are poised to impact our world with the gifts, talents and knowledge that they have received in Christ. The band was started by Eddy Faitin, a student of University of Education, Winneba.
The band believes that serving God entails reaching up to God by singing to praise His Holy Name and reaching out to people by serving others in our environs, showing them the love that Jesus would have showed them. They therefore visit venues where the Spirit leads them to reach…especially orphanages and prisons.
The APM’s recent success includes:
– An outreach to the Awutu Prisons
– Outreach to the Rafiki Methodist Village at Gyehadze, Winneba
– Internet radio play (Radio Windy Bay live worship with Papa Francis)
– Ministrations at various venues and churches in Winneba (Eg. Winners Chapel International)
The APM band is currently looking for a Label / Agent / Manager to help them take this success to the next level. The first album of the band, “Nokwarefo Nyame”, is scheduled to be launched in September, 2014.
