An old student of Opoku Ware School and a graduate of University of Development Studies, Tamale lost his life in a fatal accident on Wednesday, May 1, 2013 on the Ho-Kumasi road.
In an interview with myJCR, a close friend and former schoolmate of Samuel, Okatakyie Richmond Andoh confirmed the incident. He added that our late brother was returning from Ho to Kumasi with his parents and cousins when the accident occurred. The parents and cousins are currently responding to treatment in a hospital.
The late Okatakyie Boakye Appiah Samuel studied Business at Opoku Ware School and completed in 2006 with school number BG 241. He was popularly known as G-mo or Osaman.
Samuel studied Economics and Entrepreneurship at the University of Development Studies and completed in 2011. It is believed he was working at Cocoa Abrabopa Association as an Auditor in the Ashanti Region.
His favourite quote was ”repent now for heaven is near”. His last but one post Facebook post was “In Your Hands, I Lay My Life Ooh Lord, Protect me through dis year in de name of your lovely Son JESUS CHRIST AMEN!!!!!!!”
