The SRC of the University of Professional Studies, Accra held its handing over ceremony on Sunday, 23rd June, 2013 at the school’s auditorium.
In attendance was the school’s management, UPSA alumni, SRC executives from various institutions, delegations from NUGS and GUPS and the media.
The SRC President for the 2013/2014 Academic year Caleb Kwesi Owusu reiterated “the need to restore confidence in the SRC”. This emphasis was made as a clarion call to all student leaders including his administration to desist from allowing political colours in determining the pace at which SRC executives should move.
He also indicated the need for team work amongst various executives as well as respect for each other and to the entire students populace.
He pledged to go all out together with his executives in fighting a good cause for the students of University of Professional Studies, Accra.
