Pragmatic multimedia Limited has launched its Business and Labour Guide (B&LG) newspaper. It brings a new dimension in the business segment in the Ghanaian market. The newspaper targets the youth and tertiary graduates.
The newspaper will help provide sound and accurate business and employment news for the youth and tertiary graduate.
The National President of the Private Universities Students’ Association of Ghana (PUSAG), Mr. Benjamin Panlogo- Logodam speaking at the launch in Accra advised unemployed graduate to form a consortium to put ideas together to start business from the small level in order to build confidence for future opportunities.
He said measures should be introduced to expand social welfare programmes, while the education system should be restructured to produce graduates who are capable of creating self-employment.
Mr. Panlogo- Logodam praised the management of Pragmatic Multimedia Limited for such an initiative and called on the youth to be creative and be ready to start from small ventures.
The Corporate Affairs Manager Mr. Michael Addotey in his remark says the newspaper will address issues about labour injustice for the employer and employee.
“The Business and Labour Guide will also unveil the open opportunities in the various sectors of the economy to graduates and youths who wish to go into entrepreneurship or are seeking for attractive employment ” he started.

Mr. Addotey believes the newspaper will offer a host of benefits to buyers, helping them to learn more about entrepreneurship and update about employment ratios in Ghana. Furthermore, the newspaper will focus on local products, things that readers can easily access.
“It’s about bringing all these amazing opportunities together to consumers. To create a platform for like-minded people. That platform does not exist now” he emphasized.
The newspaper will hit the shelves once a week.Mr. Addotey said their mission is to open opportunities of the mass market and provide supportive information and service in a pragmatic way to its cherished clients, and audience at their utmost best of approach.

The Corporate Affairs Manager says their objective is to inculcate high entrepreneurial spirit into graduates in order to curb the high unemployment rate within the country.
“We at Pragmatic Multimedia aim is to unleash employment opportunities into Ghanaian workforce for the youth and also to encourage and coach tertiary graduates to venture into entrepreneurship especially joint ventures” he started.
