Tertiary Education Institutions Network (TEIN) of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) of the University for Development Studies, Navrongo Campus, have pledged their unflinching support and allegiance to President John Mahama and the National Democratic Congress in championing the Better Ghana Agenda.
The students made this assurance in a press release read by Mr Kofi Antoh, Propaganda Secretary of the Network in Navrongo, to express their gratitude to the President for the appointment of Mr. Mark Woyongo, former Upper East Regional Minister and Member of Parliament for Navrongo Central for the position of Defense Minister.
Mr Antoh said the students were also grateful to the Defense Minister for his hard work and dedication to duty as the Upper East Regional Minister and prayed for God’s blessings for him in his new position.
They thanked Mr Woyongo for the advice and encouragement he gave them each time he met the students. “We would like to thank Honorable Mark Owen Woyongo for his counseling and encouragement extended to us the youth of the region any time he met us”.
They assured President Mahama of their readiness to support the NDC and their preparedness to serve the party’s interest.
