
All freshmen who have paid their fees may call at the KNUST Hospital for medical examination exercise as follows:
Before re-opening
Monday – Friday, between 8:00am and 12:00pm each day.

After re-opening
To be conducted on faculty basis.
The exercise involves the following:
– completion of medical forms by student
– taking of vital signs by nurses
– x-ray (optional at the hospital)
– laboratory investigations
– physical examination and certification by doctors
The process takes a minimum of two days to complete
Note: Students are prohibited to visit the hospital for the medical examination before 7.00 a.m.
Any student who flouts this directive would be severely dealt with.
