Registration procedure for international students (Legon)

Full registration for international students involves: Payment of Fees, Academic Registration, Hall Registration (Residential Students only), and Register with the International Programmes Office.

 

STEP 1:    Payment of Fees
All students should make payments at ECOBANK as follows:

University of Ghana Fee Collection – USD – FX (for payments in Ghana only).

University of Ghana Fees Collection – USD – FGN (for payments outside Ghana): SWIFT CODE: ECOCGHAC

Note: Students within the ECOWAS Sub-region should pay cash only.

Please note that it takes 72hours/48hours for payments made outside and within the country respectively to reflect in the University’s database.

STEP 2:     Academic/ Course Registration
Undertake on-line academic/course registration 72hours/48hours after payment of fees BEFORE YOU ARRIVE ON CAMPUS.

STEP 3:   Hall Registration
Upon arrival, proceed to the Hall of Residence with your Proof of Registration to undertake Hall Registration.

STEP 4:   Registration at the International Programmes Office
Register at the International Programmes Office, located on the first floor of the International House, Anne Jiagge road, near the K.A.B. Jones-Quartey Building.
