It is interesting to note that at the tertiary level, one prefers to be identified with her/her hall of residence more than faculty or department. It is therefore not surprising that hall activities are mostly more vibrant that faculty activities.Even at the University of Ghana (Legon), Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technoogy (KNUST) and the University of Cape Coast (UCC), some halls have very rich traditions whereas others just exist for the sake of existence…lol.
Some halls are known only within the walls of their institution whereas others are known even beyond the borders of Ghana.
