The Ghana National Association of Adventist Students (GNAAS) would be holding its annual GNAAS Congress at Ho Polytechnic in the Volta Region, on July 28- August 4, on the theme: “Search, Meditate and Share.”
The Guest speaker is Dr Pastor Robert Osei-Bonsu, Dean of the School of Theology and Missions at Valley View University (VVU).
A statement issued by Mr Alex Osei-Kojo, GNAAS President in Accra on Thursday and copied to Ghana News Agency said other speakers include: Pastor Major Peter N.K Duodu, Director of Chaplaincy, at Ghana Union Conference of the Seventh – day Adventist Church (SDA).
Pastor Peter Obeng Manu, Dean of Students, VVU, Techiman Campus and Chaplain Greg Davis, Chaplain Director of Greater Accra Tertiary Institutions, SDA-South Ghana Conference, Mrs Adelaide Ferguson, Women Ministries Coordinator, Tema West District, and all Conference Chaplaincy Directors are listed to address 2013 GNAAS.
Topics to be discussed at the congress comprise: “True Education, Respecting Life`s Pillars,” “The Supreme Knowledge, Sorry No Vacancy,” “This is Love”,”Healthy Living,” and “Managing Losses.”
The sidelight of 2013 GNAAS includes a visit to Mountain Afadjato, Wli Water Falls, and Ancient caves at Likpe Todome.
The rates for the congress are: GH¢50 for senior high school students, GH¢ 55 for tertiary students and GH¢ 60 for GNAAS alumni.
