The Assistant Headmaster (Academics) of Opoku Ware School (OWASS), Mr Augustine Marfo, passed on at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital on the morning of Thursday, 25th May 2017.
The exact cause of death is not known but information available indicates that he had been battling an illness.
Since the news of his demise broke out on social media, students and old-students of OWASS and St. Louis SHS have been expressing their shock.
Before his appointment at OWASS, the late Mr Marfo was a tutor for the “girls” of OWASS students.
